Shipping within the European Union

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import charges.

For private customers, the applicable VAT of the destination country is calculated and included in the price at checkout.

This means that customers within the EU normally do not have to pay additional import taxes or customs duties when their order is delivered.

Shipping outside the European Union

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are generally exported without German VAT, where applicable.

Please note that your order may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and/or handling fees when it enters your country.

These charges are determined by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Any import duties, local taxes and customs or carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

As import regulations vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you would like to know the possible charges before placing your order.
